Who you'll hear from
Thursday evening · exact timings and programme to be announced.
Why it isn't like the other room you were invited to
Curated, not open
Every guest list is hand-picked for relevance, not sold as a ticket.
Curated, not commercial
A short set of speaker sessions from real practitioners — never a sponsor pitch wearing a panel's clothes.
Cross-disciplinary
Wealth managers, CFPs and investors, joined by founders and operators, in one conversation.
A room, not a hall
Private venues built for real conversations, not two hundred badges.
Edition 02, in numbers
40+ professionals came together at The Quorum Club in Mumbai — the second edition of the Circle.
The city
Hyderabad — old city, new capital.
From the arches of the Charminar to the towers of the Financial District, Hyderabad has always been a place where trade, ideas and capital meet — a fitting home for a conversation about the next generation of companies.
The venue
The Quorum Club, Hyderabad
A private members' club in Hyderabad — built for conversation, not conferencing. Limited seats, one room, and the whole evening to talk.

Hyderabad, 19 November
Start-up as an asset class
A hosted conversation on treating start-ups as a serious asset class — where they fit in a portfolio, how investors get access to them, and how to think about risk, return and illiquidity. For wealth managers, CFPs, investors, founders and operators.
Thursday evening · by invitation only · exact timings & program to be announced
The conversation
Why start-ups belong in the allocation conversation
Early-stage companies are no longer just a founder's story or a friend's cheque. For a growing number of investors and advisors, they are a distinct allocation with their own return pattern, access routes and risks. This day is about understanding that asset class on its own terms.
What we'll explore
Where it fits
How a start-up allocation sits alongside equity, debt and real assets — and how much is too much.
How to access it
Angel investing, funds, syndicates and direct deals — what each route asks of you.
What can go wrong
Illiquidity, failure rates and long holding periods — and how to size the risk honestly.
How to evaluate
Founders, traction, valuation discipline and diligence — a practitioner's checklist.

The idea
Why we built this
Most finance conferences are the same room, repeated: a stage, a sponsor deck, two hundred lanyards, and a hallway of business cards nobody follows up on.
Financial District Circle is our attempt at the opposite. Every edition is small on purpose — a private venue, a hand-picked guest list, and a gathering built around real conversation, not a trade-show floor. A short set of curated sessions, never a sponsor pitch disguised as a panel. Just people who do serious work in financial planning, wealth management and fintech, in one room, talking like peers.
It's built and hosted by the team behind SunYta — the same group behind SunYta Magazine, the CFP Fast Track program, and a community of 300+ Certified Financial Planners. The Circle is where that community meets in person.
The SunYta team, right after Edition 01 — Hyderabad, November 2025.

Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms govern participation in Financial District Circle events organised by SunYta (Spectra Enterprise Network), including The Exchange | Hyderabad, to be held on Thursday, 19 November 2026 at The Quorum Club, Hyderabad, and the earlier Mumbai edition held on 26 September 2026 at Quorum Club, Mumbai (each, "the Event"). By registering, requesting an invitation, or attending an Event, you agree to these terms.
1. Registration & Seats
Seats at each Event are limited and allocated on a confirmed basis, subject in some cases to prior invitation and, where announced, a confirmation fee (which, if applicable, may be processed securely through Razorpay). Submitting a request does not guarantee a seat. A confirmed seat is personal to the registrant and not transferable to another person without our prior written consent.
2. Payments & Refunds
Where a confirmation fee applies, it is non-refundable except where the Event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed by the organiser, in which case we will offer a refund or credit toward a future edition at our discretion. We do not store your card or payment details — these are handled directly by the payment provider under its own terms.
3. Changes & Cancellation
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to an Event's schedule, speaker line-up, timing, or venue, and to cancel or postpone an Event where necessary, including for reasons beyond our control.
4. Conduct
Each Event is a professional gathering. We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward speakers, hosts, and fellow attendees, and reserve the right to remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or unwelcome, without refund.
5. Photography & Recording
An Event may be photographed or recorded by us for SunYta's own promotional and archival use, including on this website and our social channels. By attending, you consent to appearing in such material. Session content is shared for attendees' personal benefit and should not be recorded, reproduced, or redistributed commercially without our permission.
6. Liability
Attendance at an Event, including travel to and from the venue, is at your own risk. SunYta and Spectra Enterprise Network are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property arising from your participation, except where caused by our negligence.
7. Your Information
Information you share when registering, requesting an invitation, or joining a waitlist is handled as described in our Privacy Policy — including that your contact details (name, email, phone, designation, and company) are shared with the Event's speaker(s) and their respective teams.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to reachus@sunyta.com or via WhatsApp.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This policy explains how SunYta (Spectra Enterprise Network) collects and uses information from people who register for, request an invitation to, join a waitlist for, or otherwise express interest in Financial District Circle events — including The Exchange | Hyderabad (Thursday, 19 November 2026, The Quorum Club, Hyderabad) and the earlier Mumbai edition held on 26 September 2026 (each, "the Event").
1. Information We Collect
When you register, request an invitation, or join a waitlist on this site, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, designation, and company name. We do not collect or store payment card details — where a fee applies, payment is handled directly by the payment provider (for example, Razorpay).
2. How We Use It
We use this information to review requests, confirm seats, manage the guest list, communicate Event logistics, follow up afterward, and let you know about future editions. Where you joined a waitlist, we use it only to notify you when the next edition opens.
3. Who We Share It With
Because Financial District Circle is built around real follow-up, not just a one-off session, your contact details — name, email, phone, designation, and company — are shared with the Event's speaker(s) and their respective teams, so they can personally follow up on the conversations, resources, or tools discussed during their session. We also share relevant registration data with co-hosting organisations where it concerns a session they led.
We work with a small number of service providers to run the Event and this site: Razorpay (payment processing, where a fee applies), Google (for storing registration and waitlist records via Google Sheets), and Meta/Facebook (for measuring and improving our event advertising, via the Meta Pixel on this site). We do not sell your information to third parties for unrelated marketing.
4. Cookies & Tracking
This site uses the Meta Pixel, which may place cookies in your browser to help us understand how people find this page and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. It does not collect payment information.
5. How Long We Keep It
We retain registration and waitlist information for as long as is reasonably useful for running future editions of this series, or until you ask us to delete it.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to reachus@sunyta.com.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, though no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to reachus@sunyta.com or via WhatsApp.
